Rapid Prototype and Production Lead Times

Medcast is proud to offer the shortest production lead-times in the industry. These are outlined as below:

  • RP Models: 2-5 working days
  • RP Casting: 3-10 working days from RP Tooling or RP Model (subject to complexity)
  • Production Tooling: Average 2-6 working weeks (subject to complexity)
  • ‘As cast’ condition: Average 6 working weeks (subject to volume)
  • Machined condition: Average 8 working weeks (subject to volume)
