 Non-Destructive Inspection
 

This form of inspection allows us to test castings without having to destroy them.
 

 X-Ray Radiography
 

An excellent tool for process control as well as for traceability. Internal defects are assessed to customer standards and monitored during production. It also provides a hard copy picture of the castings in the field.
 
 Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection
 

Surface defects not easily discernable with the naked eye when viewed under ultra violet light come alive after being soaked in a fluorescent bath and cleaned. Thus appropriate action can be taken before the next operation.
 
 Magnetic Particle Inspection
 

This method of detecting surface defects is best suited for high volume magnetic parts.
